Hi zusammen,

habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe heute von meinem Abteilungsleiter erfahren das ich nechste woche auf Dienstreise für 2Monate muss.

Ich habe aber schon für einen Gbit platz bezahlt.

Nun meine Frage:
Kann man hier etwas tun wegen gebüren die ich bereits überwiesen habe ?

Im Allgemeinen ist die Rücktrittsfrist seit letzen Freitag (siehe AGB §4) vorbei. Wenn es um spezialgelagerte Sonderfälle geht, kurze eMail an uns, wir entscheiden dann von Fall zu Fall.
