Änderung der Teilnehmerzahl

Wie bereits im 1. Newspost zur LANrena - Die 7 NetZwerge angekündigt,

müssen wir nun die Teilnehmerzahl auf 240 begrenzen, d.h.
die hinteren 5 "grauen" Blöcke werden nicht freigegeben.

Ebenfalls werden wir die heute abend die "vorgemerkten" Sitzplätze (gelbe Markierungen)
löschen. Dies dient einfach der Übersicht!

Nun heisst es schnell sein und sich die letzten zusammenhängenden Plätze sichern!

Warum machen wir das?
Für mehr als 240 Teilnehmer müssen wir Equipement von anderen
Stellen anmieten (Tische, Stromverteiler, etc)
Hier gibt es gewisse Deadlines, die nun Überschritten wurden und es
für uns finanziell "kritisch" wird, falls diese nicht benötigt werden, aber dennoch
bestellt sind.

Wir haben den Zeitpunkt bewusst noch etwas hinausgeschoben (nicht wie angekündigt 1. März)
leider müssen wir nun reagieren.
